The Wake Forest University Eye Center is located on the 6th floor of the Clinical Sciences Building and is adjacent to the patient and visitor parking deck (see diagram below).
From the north & south:
Take US-52 to Business-40, go West on Business-40. We are located off of Business-40 about 2 miles west of the Business-40 / US-52 intersection. Follow instructions below for "From the east"
From the east:
From Business 40 Westbound, take the "Cloverdale - Bowman Gray / Baptist Hospital" exit. At the end of the exit ramp, pass under the interstate. Go one block and turn left onto Medical Center Boulevard at the light. Go 1/2 block and turn left into the parking garage. The left entrance is closer to our building. If you have special needs, proceed on Medical Center Boulevard for about 2 blocks and turn left at the "Main Entrance" sign. Wheelchairs and valet parking is available.
From the west:
On Business 40 eastbound take the "Cloverdale - Bowman Gray / Baptist Hospital" exit. Go straight through the traffic light onto Medical Center Boulevard. Turn left into the parking garage. If you have special needs, proceed on Medical Center Boulevard for about 2 blocks and turn left at the "Main Entrance" sign. Wheelchairs and valet parking is available.
