Financial Obligations

Every effort is made to give patients a clear understanding of fees prior to treatment. For the convenience of our patients, we accept payment by cash, check, or credit card. A financial coordinator will help you with financial arrangements for situations involving extensive treatment. We are happy to assist you in filing your dental insurance forms. However, your insurance benefits are a contract between you, your employer, and your insurance carrier. Therefore, patients are responsible for the fees for all services received (including those denied by insurance). Please bring your complete insurance information and forms with you at the time of your first appointment. We welcome your questions regarding our professional fees.

Appointment Policies

We make every effort to be on time for our patients’ appointments and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. When you are late for an appointment, other patients may be kept waiting. Please be on time for each appointment. Allow a little extra time for parking so that you arrive on time for your appointment.

If you must change your appointment, call us at least 24 hours in advance. A missed appointment is time that could be used to benefit another patient. Without at least 24 hours’ advance notice, our office may charge you a fee for the missed appointment time.

If two appointments are broken without proper advance notice, we may be unable to schedule additional appointments for you.
