Waiting List
A Pre-Enrollment form may be submitted for an expected infant once there is a confirmed pregnancy and a due date. Older children may be placed on the waiting list at any time.
The Pre-Enrollment form is assigned a waiting list date according to the date the form is received by the Center. This date remains with the child as long as he/she is on the waiting list. In the event that a space is refused, the refusal date then becomes the waiting list date. Children are aged from one list to the other and placed on the next list according to the waiting list date.
There are two waiting lists; one is for NCBH employees and one is for WFUSM employees. Children are pulled from the lists according to the vacancies in the center…NCBH spaces are filled from the NCBH list and WFUSM spaces are pulled from the WFUSM list.
When a space becomes available for your child, a call will be made to you either at work or home. Please make sure you update us if you change departments or there is a change in any phone numbers. If we do not have current numbers, you may miss getting an available space for your child.
You must be employed by WFUBMC to be placed on the waiting list.
