Meet Our Providers
 Thomas Jolly, MD
Dr. Jolly is a board certified family practitioner who joined Community Physicians after several years in private practice. He attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where he received his bachelor of science degree in physics and bachelor of arts degree in chemistry.
Dr. Jolly received his medical doctorate from the Bowman Gray School of Medicine in Winston Salem. He then completed his family practice residency at North Carolina Baptist Hospital.
Dr. Jolly enjoys all aspects of family practice and has special interests in the management of hypertension and diabetes. He feels compelled to provide the best primary care possible, and listens with much empathy and compassion. He believes that it is important for his patients to leave with a positive attitude, feeling better than when they arrived. He also stresses the need to balance the physical and psychological aspects of life.
When not in the office, Dr. Jolly enjoys playing the piano, keyboards and guitar for the praise and worship team at church. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
 William Folds, MD
Dr. Folds received his bachelor degree from Wake Forest University and attended the Bowman Gray School of Medicine where he received his doctorate of medicine. He completed his internship at Greenville General Hospital in Greenville, South Carolina and immediately entered private practice.
When not in the office Dr. Folds enjoys golf and is an avid Wake Forest fan. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, three daughters, and their families. |
