RN - CLINICAL COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST, CORPORATE OFFICE, CLEMMONS
Summary: Under the direction of the Regional Director of Operations and Clinical Compliance, ensures compliance with patient care and clinical policies and procedures, and HIPAA compliance. Assists with clinical activities in the practice setting including, but not limited to, patient care related, infection control, safety, laboratory, and new employee orientation. Assists in the education of providers and staff as needed in patient care areas identified as needing corrective action or continuing education. Assists in the development and implementation of medical management and clinical quality improvement programs.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, R.N. or equivalent education and experience. Expertise in one of the clinical compliance areas a plus. Five years related experience, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting.
