Experimental Drug to Treat Lower Limb Spasticity From a Stroke or Brain Injury

What we are studying

This study is an extension of a previous study that will continue to investigate the efficacy and safety of an experimental drug over 12 months in the treatment of lower limb spasticity in stroke patients.

Who we are studying

  • Men and Women
  • Races:
    • White
    • African American
    • Asian
    • American Indian or Alaska Native
    • Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander
    • Other
  • All Ethnicities
  • Ages 18 - 80

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experiencing spasticity in the lower limbs
  • Participants must be 6 months post Stroke or post Traumatic Brain Injury

What is involved

  • Up to 57 week time commitment

Compensation

$1,400 if you complete all the scheduled study visits. If you withdraw for any reason from the study before completion you will be paid $100 for each completed study visit.
