WFUBMC Red Cross Learn to Swim Program for Children ages 4 and up


Program Goals:

Level 1: To provide aquatic activities for children to practice swimming skills and safety around the water and to provide opportunities where each child will pursue individual goals in a non-competitive group environment.

Level 2: Building on Level 1 swimming techniques giving clubbers the opportunity to define strokes and improve safety skills.

Schedule:

LEVEL 1:
8 week sessions on Tuesdays at 4pm
Next session: July 15; Sept. 9th, 2008

Summer morning sessions: 8:30 to 9:15 Mon-Thu for 2 weeks: June 30;  July 14; July 28

LEVEL 2:
8 week sessions on Thursday s at 4pm
Next session: July 17; Sep 11, 2008


Summer morning sessions:
9:15to 10:00  Mon-Thu for 2 weeks: 
June 30;  July 14; July 28

Cost:
      $75.00

Location: 
WFUBMC warm water pool located in the J. Paul Sticht Center

Minimum of 4 clubbers to 1 instructor, Maximum 8 clubbers to 2 instructors

We discourage the use of flotation devices, pool shoes or goggles.

Space is limited, please register early!

Placement in Level 1 or 2 will be determined by the class instructor. Class time for your child may change contingent on skill level after discussion with parent.
